Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
